The business case for sub-loop unbundling in the Netherlands
As announced in OPTA's position paper ALL IP, Analysys has investigated the possible business cases for sub-loop unbundling for alternative suppliers of broadband services. The executive summary of this rapport has been communicated to relevant market parties annexed to the letter of January 24th.
